Royale Blue Boutique  products  and Shipments are shipped  from various worldwide vendors 

All parcels are shipped and are delivered duty paid included in the price.. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties charged by the local customs once the parcel reaches its destination country

 Royale Blue Boutique strongly recommends all customers to purchase shipping insurance during the checkout.

This ensures that if there is any issue with the delivery process that Royale Blue Boutique will send you the same product free of charge. If the item becomes unavailable we will offer you alternative refund options.

 Orders that do not have shipping insurance will not be the responsibility of Royale Blue Boutique in the event that there is an issue during the shipping process.

All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies are considered delivered.  Royale Blue Boutique cannot be made liable of non-delivery in this case

Whatever the customer orders are what we ship. We can not be held liable for the customer receiving the wrong item if they placed the wrong order.

If a delivery fails for any reason and the address sent to was the correct address as provided by the customer,  Royale Blue Boutique cannot be held liable if a package is returned to us.

 

Please let us know as soon as possible if you have not received your package. With the flat rate, standard and priority shipping, after 3 months from the date we ship your package

 

(for Latin America we will extend this to 4 months for postal deliveries), we will no longer be able to offer any compensation.

 Expedited delivery complaints must also be reported within 30 days  months from the package being shipped out.

If you are not satisfied with the product or merchandise  your order please ,contact via t  please notify us within 14 days  after you receive the item

Also kindly note that this does not apply to any packages shipped via expedited shipping methods shown as delivered on the shipping company's tracking site.

If the customer is dissatisfied with the solution offered by our Customer Service, the customer may contact our Customer Service Team Supervisor by submitting a new ticket in "submit a formal complaint" section as follows:
Contact us > Submit a ticket > Select Warranty &return > Submit a formal complaint.

We will respond to all complaint within 24 hours except on weekends and public holidays.

Reviews and Comments

Except as otherwise provided elsewhere in this Agreement or on the site, anything that you submit or post to the site and/or provide  , Royale Blue Boutique  including, without limitation, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary, and by submitting or posting, you agree to irrevocably license the entry and all IP rights related thereto (excluding the moral rights such as authorship right) to Royale Blue Boutique    without charge  

Royale Blue Boutique    shall have the royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, and transferable right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form, and to translate, modify, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile such Submissions. All Submissions shall automatically become the sole and exclusive property of Royale Blue Boutique   

When a Customers  Purchase  our online  merchandise , you will receive an customers service email or phone call about the   Purchase.. Our customer service will send a letter of purchase within 2 -5 days

Please note all the items we carry have their own dispatch time that you can review on each product page. For example, if you see “Dispatch: Ships within 3 business days” we will ship up to 3 days of receiving your payment.
Note: In orders with more than one item, the processing time will be based on the item with the longest processing time.

2 ) DELIVERY TIME 15- 35 days 
Delivery time includes the item processing time and the shipping time. Select the most convenient shipping method during the checkout.

Christmas Shipping Notes

  1. Kindly note: From December 4th, for all orders below $30 please select standard shipping to have your items in time for Christmas.
    2.To get your items in time for Christmas, from December 13th-16th please select items which are dispatched within 24 hours, and select expedited shipping during the checkout. After this date, we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery.

Order Cancellation

All sales are final sales . The buyer can cancel orders within the the first 3 days  anytime prior to production and processing or shipping; for assistance please contact our support, However, once the order has been dispatched, for  production the order cannot be canceled, changed, or refunded. Upon receipt of the package, our policy comes into effect.

 Customer Code of Conduct

A Royale Blue Boutique we are committed to resolving all customers issues in a satisfactory and friendly manner. Nonetheless, we will not tolerate any unacceptable or unreasonable behavior towards our Customer Service Team members.
Unacceptable behavior directed towards Customer Service staff or  Royale Blue

Boutique  may, for example, include any of the following:
Aggressive, abusive and threatening behavior. Examples include any and all direct or implied threats on any communication channel; intimidating language; personal and verbal abuse; sexist, racist, homophobic, or derogatory remarks; rudeness; inflammatory statements; swearing; and unsubstantiated allegations.

Persistently making habitually demanding or vexatious complaints, despite the matter having been fully addressed; similarly, repeating complaints persisting despite reasonable and fair solutions being offered in accordance with our policies.

Asking, expecting or demanding staff to breach established company policy guidelines, e.g. refund amount, time-frame, special compensation, etc.; similarly, seeking an unrealistic outcome beyond the scope of our own policies and procedures. By default, the refund amount cannot exceed the original order amount paid to  Royale Blue Boutique 


Repeatedly changing the nature (or focus) of a complaint or the desired outcome, part way, after a formal response has been provided.
An excessive number of complaints compared to the total purchase value history. Including creating an excessive number of tickets or Live Chat requests.
For such behavior, complainants may be advised and formally notified of the following:
-Their language is considered offensive, abusive, threatening, and wholly unacceptable.
-They must refrain from using such language, intimidation, and threats.
-There will be no further exchange of correspondence on the matter if they persist with this behavior.
- Royale Blue Boutique reserves the right to no longer accept orders from the customer in the future without further notice.
